We are Independent Chartered Surveyors covering England and Wales.

Our Senior Director for building reinstatement cost assessments is Chartered Surveyor Liam Bunclark, who has 40 years experience in inspecting property for a variety of purposes.

We carry out Buildings Residential Reinstatement Valuations or Building Cost Assessments as they are sometimes known to enable an accurate sum to be insured.

Although we hope there is never any need for it, we make an assessment for a total loss. This may be to replace your building in its entirety which is often more expensive than building a new building from a greenfield site.
